Refund Policy

No Return Policy

  1. Final Sale: All purchases made from Nismaaya Decor are final. We do not accept returns for any reason, including but not limited to a change of mind, incorrect measurements, or unsuitability for the intended space.
  2. Inspection Upon Delivery: We strongly encourage our customers to thoroughly inspect all items upon delivery. Any concerns about the product must be addressed immediately with the delivery personnel. Once the delivery is accepted, the sale is considered final.

 

No Refund Policy

  1. No Refunds: Due to the custom nature and high-quality materials used in our products, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
  2. Non-Refundable Deposits: Any deposits or partial payments made towards the purchase of furniture from Nismaaya Decor are non-refundable.

 

Exceptions

While we maintain a strict No Return and Refund Policy, we do recognize that exceptional circumstances can arise. Under such circumstances, we may consider the following:

  1. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery. We will require photographic evidence of the damage or defect. Upon verification, we will provide a replacement or repair at our cost.  
  2. Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be delivered and the incorrect item to be returned.

 

Warranties

All products come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and inherent termite and borer issues. This limited warranty does not apply to:

  • Small cuts, scratches, or damage during the cleaning process.
  • Damage caused by incorrect installation of a product.
  • Cracks caused by random displacement.
  • Products kept in contact with direct sunlight and water, resulting in wood decay.
  • Minor cracks (checks) in solid wood that do not hamper the product's life.
  • Unevenness up to 5 mm due to surface and floor level differences.
  • Upholstery, coverings, and cushion covers.

Cancellation

Once Shipped, Orders Cannot Be Cancelled: In exceptional cases, please contact our customer care team at +918690877466 or email us at sales@nismaayadecor.com to discuss cancellation options. If cancellation is possible, please specify the reason for your request in the email, along with your order details.

Return Shipping Costs: All costs of return shipping need to be borne by the purchaser, unless the order received is defective. To ensure a smooth process, an unboxing video must be shared within 24 working hours of receiving the order. This helps us verify any claims of defects or damages quickly and accurately.
