SHIPPING TIME

-Shipping times will vary depending on whether the item is in our warehouse, shipping directly from the supplier, or made-to-order. The expected shipping date for each item is available under the DETAILS section on the product page.

-A tracking number with delivery details will be emailed to you when your order ships.

-Items that are in stock and shipping from our warehouse are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Items that are made-to-order or customised will be commissioned by you when you place your order, and therefore will take longer to produce and ship (Typically between 3 to 4 weeks)

-Further information on the order status can be provided by our customer care upon request.


TAXES AND CUSTOM DUTIES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

-International Orders are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis

-This means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties.

-As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in.

INSURANCE

-Nismaaya Decor insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you.

-In case of any damage, customer must update us within 48 hours after the goods are delivered.

-We require a signature for any good delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.

-If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Nismaaya Decor.

Q. Will the transporter unload the items from the vehicle, shift inside my house, open the boxes for me, and help me place the items?

For orders placed online, the transport will usually be through a third-party logistics provider.  The transporter will deliver the products to the ground level only because this is a point-to-point delivery service; they will not open the boxes or arrange the furnishings for you.

In the case of bulk orders, the consignment might be sent through a dedicated vehicle. Unless specified, the transporter will not be unloading and placing the items. This is an extra service that we may offer as part of our package for a fee. Please contact our staff so that we can go over this in more depth. The Operations team will contact you to confirm all the specifics before shipping the package so that the necessary arrangements can be made well in advance.

Q. Do you deliver to multiple addresses?

At Nismaaya Decor, we currently do not offer the option to deliver to multiple addresses in a single order. Each order placed with us is shipped to a single delivery address specified at the time of purchase. If you need items delivered to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each shipping destination. This ensures that each package is correctly addressed and delivered to the intended recipient. Q. What happens if I miss the delivery? 

If you miss the delivery, the logistics provider will attempt a second delivery. If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, the items will be returned to the warehouse, and you will need to arrange for re-delivery.

Refund Policy – Nismaaya Decor

Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We provide free return shipping for all eligible returns within 7 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at sales@nismaayadecor.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions. Items sent back without prior request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Report damage within 24 hours to sales@nismaayadecor.com with photos. We will arrange for pickup and replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is unavailable, we’ll issue a full refund including shipping.

Exchanges

Initiate returns/exchanges within 5 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Products must be returned within two weeks.

To exchange, email - sales@nismaayadecor.com with your reason. Return shipping is at your cost unless the product is defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, you’ll be refunded via your original payment method. Banks may take extra time to process the refund.

Note: Customized orders will not receive a full refund after 3 days of order placement.
