For orders placed online, the transport will usually be through a third-party logistics provider. The transporter will deliver the products to the ground level only because this is a point-to-point delivery service; they will not open the boxes or arrange the furnishings for you.
In the case of bulk orders, the consignment might be sent through a dedicated vehicle. Unless specified, the transporter will not be unloading and placing the items. - Products kept in contact with direct sunlight and water, resulting in wood decay.
- Minor cracks (checks) in solid wood that do not hamper the product's life.
- Unevenness up to 5 mm due to surface and floor level differences.
